A new Rico Nasty project, Nightmare Vacation, is coming soon.

On Thursday, Maryland MC Rico Nasty dropped the video for a new single, “Own It.” The track is the second single from her forthcoming debut studio album, Nightmare Vacation. Stream the full video below.

Nightmare Vacation will reportedly feature guest appearances from Aminé, Trippie Redd, and more. Back in August, Rico Nasty tweeted the album title along with its first single, “iPhone.” In the following weeks, she released a makeup collaboration with New York-based makeup company Il Makiage. Rico is also releasing a set of shades, each named for tracks on the album.

This month, Rico revealed that the album would drop in “spooky season,” just not specifically on Halloween. According to her, the new album won’t have a rock aesthetic to it. Stay tuned for further updates.

“Nightmare Vacation is a more evolved version of Sugar Trap,” she said in an interview with Complex. “It’s playing on those super aggressive sounds along with these super melodic shapes. I don’t want to say it’s the same thing I’ve been doing, because they don’t sound like the old melodic songs. It’s different. Even the hard shit, there’s no guitars. There’s no rock. There are no rock cadences on it. It’s just straight. It’s a vibe. It makes you feel good, makes you feel happy. It gives you updates on what I’m going through in life. You ride around to the shit. It’s taken me a lot to make a project that people can ride around to and not bash their heads into.”
